Food was an important part of the Gratitude Vietnam experience. Meals were created to feel nourishing, generous and thoughtful, often drawing on fresh local ingredients and vegetarian or plant-based options.
The sample menus shown here are retained as part of the archive and as inspiration for the future Gratitude retreat vision.
Menu Options
During the Hoi An chapter, retreat menus could be adapted for different groups, including vegetarian, plant-based, Vietnamese-inspired and Western-style meals. The examples below are retained as a record of the nourishing food that shaped the retreat experience.
