Explore your life as it is right now. Tune into your values and evaluate areas in which these are out of alignment with your present life and goals. Do you constantly set yourself up for ‘failure’ with arbitrary self-imposed rules?  What small changes can you make immediately to bring your life into alignment with the way you wish to be in the world? What is stopping you or holding you back?

Find freedom of choice and take control with present moment awareness. Allow yourself time dedicated to tuning into your intuition. Manifest your contented life, and make decisions to bring this into being.
